Before processing: order text and catalog matches go to the Linefold Worker and AI gateway. The gateway stores no order text, prompt, or model output; it keeps daily company AI cost/call and email counters, and hourly per-recipient counters are deleted after 48 hours. OpenRouter and model-provider retention is not independently verified or controlled by Linefold. See processing details and provider privacy policies. Suggestions are not verified orders.
