How Linefold handles order and account data
Order text is processed to return suggestions for your review. Validated catalog rows can be saved to your account so you can reuse them.
Order text and AI processing
When you choose Get suggestions, the order text is processed by the Linefold Worker. The Worker sends the AI request through OpenRouter to the model provider so Linefold can return suggested order lines.
The Worker does not store order text. The AI gateway does not store the order text, prompt, or model output. The upstream model provider's retention has not been independently verified. Content is sent only to deliver this feature.
Review every suggestion before export. Linefold does not place the order or send it to your ERP.
Saved catalog
Catalog files are validated in your browser. Only when you choose to save a catalog are validated product rows sent to the Worker. Saved rows persist in account-scoped D1 storage, so a catalog belongs to the account that saved it.
Sign-in and account
Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes. A signed-in session lasts 30 days. Accounts do not have self-service deletion.
